The need to add to my camera collection took me, on a maiden visit, to Spalding. It was wonderful and although well past its prime, there were many reminders of its opulent past.

An abnormally large load on the A17 meant that my return was frustrating but led me to Heckington. Unfortunately the Sony R1 does not have image stabilisation.
