Bewdley

Bewdley is a little gem of a town on the banks of the mighty Severn.

.

In order to seek anonymity in B&Q, by looking the same as all the other old men, I bought a beige anorak from a charity shop and instantly faded in to the background.

One very beige place, where old men gather, is Bewdley Station on the preserved Severn Valley Railway

The toilets on the platform had the look of a Parisian pissoire and station staff had made provision for increased demand.

Other views of the town were ruined by parked cars, wheelie bins, lamp posts and telephone wires but here are a couple of images from under the arches.
