Honfleur to Temple Newsam

Honfleur is a magical place where streets of mediaeval wood framed houses lead down to the stunning Old Basin. Unfortunately I only had time to grab  some Normandy cider, a fine meal and a few tourist shots before the light faded.

Etretat is famous for the Elephant Rock.

Temple Newsam is a large Elizabethan/Jacobean pile to the north of Leeds. I  soon turned my back on its opulence in favour of the plain window blinds.
