Telephoto

Rather to my surprise I have bought a 200 to 500 mm telephoto zoom lens for my full frame camera. The last two days have been spent testing it (and my old Minolta Beercan - 70 to 210 mm) to decide whether to keep it. The only thing I've found out is not to use it in a strong wind.

Chrome Hill and Parkhouse Hill are very distinctive limestone lumps rising from the Dove Valley. Parkhouse Hill looks like a mini Matterhorn from half way up Chrome Hill but rather insignificant when viewed from the top.
