Fotografías turísticas - Holy Week

We watched a couple of the Easter Week processions in Nerja. They were impressive and the whole town seemed to get involved with enthusiasm. It did however bring out the Protestant in me and it was easier to understand how the English iconoclasts felt.

Photography was difficult given the crowds and confused backgrounds. Flash was also hard for me to manage.

Some of the larger streets were carpeted and strewn with rosemary.

I generally got rather bored with the procession and looked around for some more candid shots.
